Alphabet draws together recordings made between 2018 and 2025, tracing the development of a musical vocabulary. An alphabet of influences, sounds, and accumulated material. Lo-fi and field captures sit alongside high-resolution studio sessions. Phone recordings from travels, subway platforms, summer walks, piano improvisations from a home studio gradually migrate into industrial terrain and assume new shape.

The compositions converge from a Baroque-inflected tenor recorder reminiscent of counterpoint and folk, layered vocals of fragmented melodies, electronic synthesis, textures and noise. Yet rather than functioning as a compilation, the album unfolds as a carefully composed sequence. Individual pieces mirror, interrupt and transform one another, tracing a larger dramaturgical arch. Moving between rhythmic and drifting, traveling urgently through different velocities. Rhythms and harmonies emerge, run parallel, miss each other, or collapse into psychedelic forms, while the voice moves between sung, ambient layers and spoken passages.
